2) Purpose of processing The data processed by a refer to: - Data collected automatically. The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, in the course of their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. 4) For what purposes we use your personal data Without necessary consent: The collection and processing of personal data will be carried out exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the fulfillment of the obligations inherent in relations with our company and/or (to: fulfill and manage your orders, ship the products you purchased, provide the necessary after-sales assistance, manage the return procedure of the products purchased) to process the requests promoted by email, as well as, possibly for compliance and obligations provided for by laws, regulations and community regulations or by provisions imparted by authorities legitimized by law and by supervisory and control bodies and for anonymous and aggregated statistical purposes. With explicit consent: - Send you newsletters and/or email communications relating to initiatives, events or promotions that may interest you; - analyze your data on the use, preference and consumption of our products to improve our approach towards you and our customers in general, through automated processing that includes profiling. 5) How long we keep your personal data The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the Customer, as well as to process the requests promoted will be retained until the execution of said contract is completed, in any case not later than 10 years. The data collected for promotional and direct marketing purposes will be kept until the withdrawal of consent and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 2 years. The data collected for direct profiling purposes will be kept until the revocation of consent and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 12 months. The Data Controller may be obliged to keep the Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority, or for its own legitimate interest in order to protect its right, including in court. At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
6) The security of your personal data The processing of your data will take place through suitable tools to guarantee its confidentiality, integrity and availability. The processing is carried out on paper and through information and/or automated systems and will include all the operations or set of operations provided for in art. 4 of the GDPR and necessary for the processing in question, including communication with the persons in charge of the processing itself. 7) Who can access your personal data Only authorized persons can access your data within the scope of the tasks assigned by the Data Controller, possibly also to employees and/or collaborators of an intra-group company such as PLUSTORM S.r.l.s. According to the provisions of the GDPR, PLUSTORM S.r.l.s. guarantees the following rights: - to obtain confirmation whether or not a processing of personal data concerning you is in progress and in this case, to obtain access to personal data (Right of access art. 15); - to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay (Right of Rectification art. 16); - to obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay, the Data Controller has the obligation to delete your personal data without undue delay, if there are certain conditions (Right to be forgotten art. 17); - obtain the limitation of processing in certain cases (Right to limitation of processing art. 18); - receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device the personal data you have provided and possibly be able to transmit them to another Data Controller (Right to data portability art. 20); - oppose at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you (Right to object art. 21); - receive without undue delay communication of the violation of personal data suffered by the Data Controller and/or the Managers if said violation represents a threat to the rights and freedoms of the interested party (Art. 34); - revoke the consent expressed at any time (Conditions for consent art. 7).

If you believe that we have not respected your rights regarding the protection of personal data, you can contact the Authority for the protection of personal data. Alternatively, if you reside in another country, you can contact your local Data Protection Authority.
